Order and Returns

1. Returns / Refunds - Faulty or Wrong Goods ONLY

You have 14 days from the receipt of the item/s to contact us.

We will arrange a collection and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, or immediately if you have credit account terms with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

2. Returns / Refunds - Incorrect Items Ordered ONLY

You have 14 days from the receipt of the item/s to contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to any replacement order.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or immediately if you have credit account terms with us.

3. Goods Sold are NOT Refundable

Goods Sold are NOT refundable, returnable (unless found defective within 7 days) & exchangeable.

Cancellations are not allowed for all Goods Ordered. - Items are subject to availability,
